Convenient location near Gulf State Park and Texas – couldn't ask for better! The area is nice and safe. The food served here for dinner and breakfast is excellent! 🍴

The staff were amazingly nice and very gracious and offered us an inviting room with comfortable bed.

Overall, it's incredible base for exploring Longview attractions. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the incredibly nice and accommodating staff. The hotel is set in a particularly good location short walk to gulf state park as well as Texas😃👌

Convenient spot! It's just a 15-minute drive from the airport 🚗. The rooms have cozy beds and AC units that make your stay super comfy!

The beds were very comfy and the owners were great, very friendly, we will be back.

Biscuits and gravy weren't good, but the other was good, need more variety on the hot food

The room was a good deal, plenty of space for us. It had everything we needed like a coffee maker, a cozy corner to sit, and a spot to get some work done. 🌟 The price we paid was $111. In terms of location, this place was conveniently near Gulf State Park and not too far from both Texas and Mississippi.

Loved the room ,pool and hot tub

First night air conditioning was not working they gave me a fan ugh fixed it Saturday but miserable Friday still charged me full price .

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a beautiful area close to Longview. The room was inviting, spotless, and equipped with a microwave and a fridge. The staff was very gracious, exceptionally nice, and responded promptly to requests.

There was a strong smell of curry or some other spice in the breakfast area during the evening that one of the staff members was eating

Comfortable bed in the room made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered was reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from Rollins Church of Christ 🚶‍♂️.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Clarence, the night asst. manager is a really nice guy. One of those people you meet that you wish you had more time to get to know. The manager was interested in your comments about his facility. I would recommend this location.

My only complaint would be that someone had damaged the bottom knob side of the door. It was bent slightly and did not seal well. The exhaust fan in the bathroom pulled cold air in. Mentioned this to the manager and he stated he would repair the seal. Bed was hard for me. Might be great for the next traveler's needs.

Front desk nice was there one night. Room was big and comfortable.
